Information that may be collected
Ordinary web-server logs can include IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, referrer and response status. These records support security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention and availability. Contact or correction forms store the information a user voluntarily submits, including email, message, issue type and affected page.
The public tools are intended to run locally in the browser. Users should avoid entering confidential account identifiers or personal documents even when a field is optional.

Cookies and local storage
Normal public reading does not require a CMS login cookie. A session cookie is created on the contact route for CSRF and rate-limit protection and on the admin route for authorized editors. Public calculators do not require an account.

Service providers and external sites
Official government and authorized portals open as external sites and operate under their own privacy policies. County Property Lookup does not control the information a user enters after leaving this domain. Users should confirm the destination before entering account or payment information.
Hosting, security, email, analytics or advertising vendors may process limited technical data only when those services are configured and under their applicable terms.
Retention and security
Contact reports and security records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for correction, abuse prevention and operational needs. Administrative sessions use secure, HTTP-only, same-site cookies, an inactivity timeout and login-rate limiting. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
User choices
Users can browse without creating an account. They may avoid the contact form and communicate through any public contact method later provided. Browser settings can control cookies. Requests concerning stored contact submissions should identify the email and approximate submission date without sending sensitive documents.
Children and sensitive information
This site is not directed to children and does not knowingly request information from children. Do not submit identity documents, financial credentials, confidential law-enforcement records or protected address information through the public form.
